We keep the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email, town, and the help that's needed, only to reply to you and arrange care. We never sell them. The only others who hold them are the website, email and care systems we use, and Meta if you fill in a Facebook or Instagram form.

If your enquiry doesn't go ahead, we delete your details after one month. If you'd like to be a carer, we may ask to keep yours for six months in case work comes up. Clients' and carers' files are kept while we work together, and afterwards as the law requires.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Email care@fiorinilowell.com or call 2738 3161. You can also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt).
